Metodu:

  1. Ahsel sew il-pizelli b’ilma frisk. F’borom separati ghatti bl-ilma u sajjar fuq nar medju sakemm il-pizelli jirtab. Jista jkun li minn hin ghal iehor ikollok bzonn izzid ftit mishun biex il-pizelli ma jixxuttax. Meta jsiru, saffi u halli jiksah. 
  2. Ghalli borma ilma, zid ftit melh u l-penne. Sajjar mikxuf ghal madwar 9 minuti fuq nar gholi u hawwad kultant. 
  3. Sakemm qed isir l-ghagin, prepara z zalza. 
  4. Aqli z-zejt u l-butir flimkien mal-kurrat go tagen kbir. Zid il-karotti, faqqiegh u qarabaghli u kompli il-process tal-qali, zid ftit bzar u melh. Zid il-krema friska u kompli sajjar sakemm il-krema tibda taqghad. Nehhi l-borma minn fuq in-nar. 
  5. Zid il-pizelli u pine nuts u hallat kollox. 
  6. Saffi l-ghagin u zid maz-zalza. Sajjar kollox u hallat ghal 2 minuti ohra, biex l-ghagin jassorbi it-toghma taz-zalza. 
  7. Servi shun bil-gobon mahkuk.
