X’Ghandek taghmel:

Gharbel id-dqiq u l-melh. Aqta il-margerina kaxxi zghar u bit-tarf tas swaba hallathom sew mad-dqiq, sakemm isir qisu frak. Zid l-ilma u ahdem sakemm taghqad l-ghagina.

Ahsel sew il-pizelli b’ilma frisk. F’borma zghira ghatti l-pizelli bl-ilma u sajjar fuq nar medju sakemm jirtab. Jista jkun li minn hin ghal iehor ikollok bzonn izzid ftit mishun biex il-pizelli ma jixxuttax. Meta jsir, saffi u halli jiksah.

Iftah l-ghagina rqiqa u iksi d-dixx.  Aqleb it-tahlita u xerred il-bajda fuqha. Erga’ ghatti l-wicc bl-ghagina. Niggez il-wicc tal-ghagina b’furketta biex ikun hemm minn fejn johrog il-fwar.

Sajjar go forn msahhan b’temperatura ta’ 180°C ghal madwar 45 minuta jew sakemm l-ghagina tiehu kulur kannella.
