Granola with nuts & dried fruits

Rise and shine with this energy-boosting breakfast, topped with fresh fruit and yoghurt! Yummy!

You will need:

Lamb Brand Medium Oats 300g

Lamb Brand Dried Cherries 100g

Lamb Brand Dried Black Currents 100g

Lamb Brand Hazelnuts 100g

Lamb Brand Almond Flakes 100g

Lamb Brand Coconut 50g

Lamb Brand Ground Cinnamon 2 tsp

Maple Syrup 125ml

Sunflower Seeds 50g

Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp

Honey 2 tbsp

All you have to do is:

1. Heat oven to 150C/fan 130C/gas 2.

2. Mix the oil, maple syrup and honey in a large bowl. Tip in all the remaining ingredients, except the dried fruit and coconut, and mix well.

3. Tip the granola onto two baking sheets and spread evenly.

4. Bake for 15 minutes, then mix in the coconut and dried fruit, and bake for 10-15 minutes more.

5. Remove and scrape onto a flat tray to cool.

6. Serve with cold milk or yogurt.

7. The granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month.
