Bean and Chickpea Dip


This dip is made from the left-over ingredients from the Beany Salad Recipe which you can find by pressing here. You can serve this dip with crackers or with fresh or toasted bread.


You will need:

Lamb Brand Dried Chickpeas

Lamb Brand Red Kidney Beans

Lamb Brand Green lentils

Lamb Brand Fine Table Salt

Lamb Brand Ground Black Pepper

Lemon juice 1/2

Garlic 2 cloves

Olive Oil

All you have to do:

In a food processor blend all ingredients while adding the olive oil to have the consistency of a spread. You can add tabasco for a more spicy flavor.
