This recipe is a simple method for a small quick cake with the least possible ingredients but still delicious.

You will need:

Lamb Brand Self-raising Flour 32g

Lamb Brand Castor Sugar 40g

Lamb Brand Fine Table Salt pinch

Valor Cocoa Powder 41g

ICAM Melted Chocolate 2tbsp

Egg 1

Skimmed Milk (or Chocolate flavoured milk) 44ml

Oil 2tbsp

All you have to do:

Sieve flour in a bowl and add the cocoa. Mix all remaining ingredients. Mix well to obtain a slightly thick creamy mixture.

Pour the mixture into a large mug or two small normal tea mugs. It’s important to use the mugs that are suitable to be used into the microwave.

Cook for about 2 minutes or 2½ minutes at maximum power. The mixture will rise more than mug - this is normal.
