Chocolate & Berry Mousse Pots

This is a must for all chocoholics or if you need an easy dinner party dessert! It needs quite some time for chilling!  Enjoy!

Serves 4

You will need:

Lamb Brand Walnuts 60g

Lamb Brand Desiccated Coconut 8 tbsp

Lamb Brand Castor Sugar 2 tsp

Icam Milk Chocolate 600g

Berries 350g (try a mix of blueberries, raspberries, cherries)

Low Fat Yoghurt 4 tbsp

Egg Whites 3

All you have to do is:

1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t directly touch the water.

2. Once melted, allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes, and then stir in the yoghurt.

3. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then whisk in the sugar and beat until stiff again.

4. Fold the whites into the chocolate mix – loosen the mixture first with a spoonful of egg white, then carefully fold in the rest, keeping as much air as possible.

5. Put berries into small glasses or ramekins, then divide mousse on top.

6. Chill in the fridge until set.
