You will need:

Lamb Brand Deep Pan Pizza Mix 1kg

Lamb Brand Rosemary 1 tbsp

Lamb Brand Sea Salt 1tsp

Water 440ml

Olive Oil 60ml

Black Olives 10, chopped

All you have to do is:

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the rosemary, chopped olives and salt to the mixture.

2. Make a heap with the flour mix, add olive oil in one go and add water gradually.

3. Knead the dough until a solid ball is obtained. Divide the dough into two equal balls, brush the dough balls with olive oil, cover with a damp cloth and let rest for an hour in a warm area.

4. Roll out on a floured working top, leaving it approx 10mm think and place in a baking tray.

5. Brush with olive oil and top up with more olives, rosemary, pepper and sea salt.

6. Bake in a 220? preheated oven for 10-15 mins.
