Office Administrator

A reliable Office Administrator is needed to assist one of the leading companies involved in the local manufacturing sector of food products.

The post calls for a dynamic, creative, well-educated, organized individual who is a good team player and can think on their feet and pre-empt situations. An eye for detail, good communication skills including English, Maltese and Italian languages would be considered an asset, whilst some knowledge of accounts is also required. Applicants should hold ECDL qualifications.

Main duties will include:

- assisting one of the Directors in daily routine tasks

- working hand in hand with the Logistics & Distribution Administrator

- issuing of credit notes

- general administration duties

- scheduling appointments and organizing boardroom for meetings

- preparation of hampers & orders for events such as competitions and sponsorships

- assisting customers who visit office and help them out with their queries.

- stationery and other consumables maintenance

- maintaining petty cash

- other duties as directed by the director of the company
